For the XIX Commonwealth Games – Delhi 2010 Gallowglass Health and Safety were engaged to manage the safe delivery of the opening ceremony for the games.

Early appointment of Gallowglass Health and Safety on this project allowed us to give essential advice during the pre-production and planning phases of the ceremony and produce suitable and sufficient performance risk assessments and a safety plan. Onsite presence during the rehearsals enabled Gallowglass Health and Safety to support the production management team by giving advice on safe working practices, delivering safety inductions, ensuring all risk assessments were adhered to and amending the performance risk assessments to ensure they remained suitable and sufficient in the build up to the ceremony itself.
